Konecta, líder global en experiencia del cliente (CX) y servicios digitales, ha asegurado exitosamente 150 millones de euros en nueva financiación, estructurada como una división 50/50 entre capital y deuda, con el apoyo de sus accionistas y los lenders nuevos y existentes. Este logro refleja una fuerte confianza del mercado en el plan estratégico Katalyst 2028, presentado el mes pasado por su CEO, Nourdine Bihmane. Esta nueva inversión permitirá a la empresa acelerar el despliegue de su plan, centrándose en la integración y despliegue de soluciones de IA Generativa (GenAI) a gran escala.
